Roger has been a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia since being born locally on November 16, 1960. He has practiced exclusively with the firm since graduating from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1986. Roger received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University where he graduated magna cum laude in 1983. Roger’s practice involves primarily litigation in family law, criminal law and business matters. He practices in all levels of court and has argued several matters to the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court resulting in written opinions favorable to his clients. Roger has been chosen to be recognized in “The Best Lawyers in America” publication. As with other members of the firm, Roger travels to all local courts on behalf of clients including matters on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Since practicing, Roger has lectured to not only other attorneys at continuing legal education seminars, but also to local school groups through the Virginia State Bar. Roger is currently a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Virginia Beach and Norfolk/Portsmouth Bar Associations.
